PRIVACY POLICY

We have prepared this Privacy Policy to help you understand our practices with respect to the collection, use, and disclosure of information we collect from you. Please read this carefully as it contains important information on who we are, how and why we collect, store, use, and share your personal information. It also explains your rights in relation to your personal information and how to contact us or supervisory authorities in the event you have a complaint.

2.      Personal Information We Collect About You. We may collect and use the following Personal Information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or household. Certain Personal Information is required to provide Services to you. If you do not provide the requested Personal Information, it may delay or prevent us from providing Services to you.

We do not intentionally collect Social Security numbers, medical or consumer health information, biometric identifiers used for identification, genetic data, or government identification numbers through ordinary Website features.
Professional and organization information	School, practice, organization, job title, professional role, business contact information, and related details provided by educators, facilitators, venue contacts, retailers, or business partners.
Transaction and payment information	Products and Services viewed, added to a cart, purchased, returned, exchanged, or reviewed, order, shipping, delivery, and refund details, gift information, promotions used, customer-service history, payment method type, payment status, billing address, shipping address, transaction identifiers, and limited payment details received from payment processors.
Communication and content information	Messages, emails, texts, form submissions, customer-support requests, survey responses, promotion entries, feedback, reviews, testimonials, and other content you choose to provide. If a call or chat is recorded or transcribed, we will provide notice when required. Please do not post or submit a child’s personal data (including, full name, contact information, location, health, accommodation, allergy, emergency, pickup, or other sensitive information) in public reviews, comments, social-media posts, or other publicly visible content. Public content may be visible to others and may be copied or shared by third parties.
In-person media	Photographs, videos, audio, likeness, or voice of a child during Experiences only when the child’s parent or legal guardian has affirmatively authorized the applicable use through the Parent / Guardian Optional Media Release. We do not use ordinary photographs, video, or audio for facial recognition, biometric identification, voiceprint creation, AI-model training, or creation of a digital replica.
Marketing and inference information	We may use information about an adult’s interactions with the Website, purchases, registrations, and marketing communications to understand general customer interests, measure campaigns, and recommend products or Experiences to adults. We do not use child information including a child’s interests, participation, viewing of educational content, or interactions with child-oriented products or content, to create advertising profiles, audiences, or targeted marketing. We do not use, disclose, upload, or otherwise make available child-registration, waiver, participation, viewing, or other child-specific information to create advertising profiles, targeted advertising, custom audiences, lookalike audiences, remarketing lists, or similar advertising purposes.
Online activity, device, and technical information	We may collect information about how you access and use the Website or store, including your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, network connection, cookie or similar online identifiers, pages, products, or Experiences viewed, searches, clicks, cart activity, session information, and date and time of access.
Approximate location information	We may infer your general location, such as your city, state, or country, from your IP address. We do not intentionally collect precise geolocation through the Website unless a specific feature clearly requests it and provides any notice or consent required by law.

3.      Third-Party Integrations. Certain aspects of the Services allow you to link or integrate third-party products and services to enable certain features and functionalities with the Services. If you choose to use these features or functionalities, you may be asked to create an account with a third party that provides such features or functionalities or link your existing third-party service account with the Services (and, by doing so, agree to the privacy policy and/or terms and conditions of that third party). You may also be asked to authorize the Services to collect information from the third party on your behalf. We will then collect information (such as your username or user ID associated with that third-party service) from you and/or that third party as necessary to enable the Services to access your data and content stored with that third-party service. Once the authentication is complete, we have the ability to access information you provided to us or was otherwise collected by the third-party service in accordance with the privacy practices of that third party. We will store the information and data we collect and associate it with your F.I. For Kids account, and we will use that information and data to enable the integration of the Services with the third-party service and to perform actions requested or initiated by you, or that are reasonably necessary to carry out instructions provided by you.

4.      Information Collection and Tracking Technologies. When you access or use the Services, we may use technology to automatically collect or utilize:

●       Cookies: We may use cookies and similar technologies to operate and secure the Website and online store, remember preferences, prevent fraud, process transactions, understand Website use and performance, and, where enabled, support analytics or advertising. Some cookies are necessary for the Website and checkout to function. You may manage non-essential cookies through the cookie-preference tools available on the Website, where provided, and through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect certain Website features or checkout functionality.

●       Web beacons. Our Website and emails may use web beacons, pixels, tags, or similar technologies. These technologies may help us understand Website activity, measure engagement with content or communications, and, where enabled, determine whether an email was opened or a link was selected. Their use is subject to applicable law and your communication preferences.

Where enabled, providers supporting our Website, online store, communications, analytics, or marketing may use cookies, pixels, web beacons, or similar technologies as necessary to provide their services, subject to applicable law and the privacy choices available on the Website.

5.      How Your Information is Collected. We collect most of this Personal Information directly from you: by phone, text, email, your orders, or via our Website. However, we may also collect information:

●       Directly from you: When you provide it to us, such as when you visit or use our Website, register your child for Experiences, place an order with us, create or manage an account (if available), subscribe to our Services, complete a waiver, consent, or authorization, fill out a contact form, contact us by email, by phone, or by online chat (if available), or otherwise provide information to us;

●       Automatically when you use the Website: From your browser or device through cookies, web beacons, or similar technologies as described in this Policy;

●       From public and social media sources: When you interact with our public pages, tag us, publish a public review, or authorize a social media platform to share information with us, if available;

●       From service providers and business partners: Including providers supporting our Website, online store, bookings, payments, fulfillment, communications, security, analytics, marketing, and related operations; and from a partner when you request a jointly offered service or participate in a co-sponsored promotion.

●       Via our IT systems: Through automated monitoring of our Website and other technical systems, such as our computer networks and connections, communications systems, email and instant messaging systems.

6.      How We Use Your Personal Information. We use Personal Information as reasonably necessary to provide Services, to comply with legal obligations, and for other purposes as described below:

●       Operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve our Services;

●       Create and manage parent / guardian adult accounts and authenticate users, if account features are available; maintain purchaser and customer profiles; maintain adult marketing preferences and consent records;  

●       Process product orders, payments, bookings, registration for Experiences, cancellations, refunds, returns, and deliveries;

●       Provide Services, customer service, and requested information;

●       Communicate with parents / guardians about orders, bookings, registrations, schedules, locations, pickup arrangements, safety matters, recalls, policy updates, and other transactions;

●       Administer Experiences, including confirming permissions and age eligibility, maintaining attendance, planning age-appropriate activities, addressing disclosed accommodations, and responding to safety emergencies;

●       Personalize the Website and recommend products, content, or Experiences to adults;

●       Send marketing communications to adults where permitted by law and manage communication preferences;

●       Measure Website traffic, campaign performance, and customer engagement; conduct analytics, surveys, quality assurance, and improvement of the Services;

●       Prevent, detect, investigate, and respond to fraud, misuse, security incidents, prohibited conduct, and unlawful activity;

●       Protect the rights, safety, security, and property of F.I. For Kids Co., participants, customers, children, and others;

●       Enforce our Terms of Use, policies, agreements, and legal rights;

●       Comply with applicable legal, tax, accounting, product-safety, insurance, reporting, recordkeeping, and regulatory obligations;

●       Respond to or manage complaints, claims, disputes, audits, investigations, and lawful requests;

●       Evaluate or complete a financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale, or transfer of all or part of our business or assets; and

●       Create deidentified or aggregated information for lawful business purposes.

7.      Promotional Communications. We may send parents, guardians, and/or other authorized adults promotional communications about our Services, offers, and events, where permitted by law. We do not send promotional communications to children.

You may opt out of promotional emails by using the “Unsubscribe” link in the email or contacting us at [info@fiforkids.com]. If we offer promotional text messages, we will send them only as permitted by law and under the consent and messaging terms presented at sign-up. You may opt out of promotional texts by replying “STOP” or using another method stated in the message. Message and data rates may apply. Additionally, if account tools are available, you may update certain information and preferences through your account.

Opting out of marketing communications does not prevent us from sending non-promotional communications about an order, booking, registration, schedule or location change, pickup arrangement, safety matter, recall, account security, privacy request, or other transaction. We may retain limited information needed to record and honor your communication preferences.

8.      Who We Share Your Personal Information With. We may disclose Personal Information to the following categories of recipients for the purposes described below:

●       Service providers that help us provide our Services, including operating our Website, processing registrations, obtaining consents and waivers, processing payments or refunds, fulfilling, packaging, and shipping orders, providing customer services, and related operations;

●       Experience personnel and partners, including authorized employees, instructors, facilitators, host venues, emergency responders, and others involved in providing Experiences or addressing a safety concern;

●       Analytics, advertising, and social-media partners, where enabled and permitted by law, subject to the privacy choices described in this Policy;

●       Professional and business advisers, including insurers, brokers, auditors, financial institutions, and legal or other professional advisers;

●       Government, regulatory, legal, and safety recipients, including authorities, regulators, law enforcement, courts, and others where disclosure is required or appropriate to comply with law, enforce our rights, investigate wrongdoing, or protect safety;

●       Transaction parties involved in a financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale, or transfer of all or part of our business or assets; and

●       Other recipients at your direction or with your consent.

9.      Service Providers and Third-Party Services. We use third-party service providers to support our Website, online store, bookings, payments, communications, security, analytics, marketing, fulfillment, and related operations. These providers may process Personal Information as necessary to provide services to us and our customers. Our service providers may include Shopify and Shopify Payments for e-commerce, storefront, checkout, payment processing, and other services; Shopify for Experiences availability, booking, and scheduling; Klaviyo for adult email and text-message communications and marketing; Google Forms for surveys and forms; social media platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and similar providers for analytics, advertising, campaign performance measurement, and for public interactions and direct-messaging communications; and other providers supporting payment processing, fulfillment, security, analytics, and related operations. We may offer third-party payment methods, such as Apple Pay or Google Pay, through Shopify Payments or another payment provider. If you choose a third-party payment method, that provider may process your payment information under its own terms and privacy policy. Service providers may change over time. We require them to process Personal Information only as necessary to provide services to us and subject to appropriate contractual and legal restrictions. Some providers may also process information under their own privacy policies

10.   Where Your Personal Information is Held. Information may be held at our offices and those of our group companies, third party agencies, service providers, representatives and agents as described above (see above: “Who We Share Your Personal Information with”).

11.   How Long Your Personal Information Will Be Kept. We will keep your Personal Information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including while we are providing Services to you. Thereafter, we will keep your Personal Information for as long as is necessary to:

●       Respond to any questions, complaints, incidents, or claims made by you or on your behalf;

●       Demonstrate that we treated you fairly;

●       Protect safety and security;

●       Prevent fraud; or

●       Comply with legal, tax, accounting, insurance, recordkeeping, and regulatory obligations.

Retention periods may differ depending on the type of information and how it is used. When Personal Information is no longer needed, we may delete it, deidentify it, aggregate it, or securely isolate it until deletion is practical. Backup copies may remain for a limited period and will be protected from ordinary use.

12.   Accessing, Correcting, Deleting, and Exercising Your Privacy Rights. If account features are available, you may review or update certain account information through your account settings. You may also contact us using the information in the “How to Contact Us” Section to request access to, correction of, or deletion of Personal Information we maintain about you or, if you are a parent or legal guardian, Personal Information we maintain about your child. Please describe your request, identify the state where you live, and provide enough information for us to locate the relevant records.

We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting on an access, correction, deletion, or portability request. We generally verify requests by matching information you provide with information we maintain, such as account, order, booking, or registration details. We will not request government-issued identification unless necessary to verify the request to the degree required by law. Any identification document provided will be used only for verification and deleted when no longer reasonably necessary.

We may deny or limit a request where permitted by law, including if we cannot verify the requester’s identity or authority; a requested correction would make information inaccurate; or we need to retain information to complete a transaction, administer Experiences, protect safety or security, prevent fraud, comply with law, maintain required records, honor an opt-out, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

We will respond within the period required by applicable law. Where an appeal is available, we will provide instructions for submitting one. California residents may make a request to know or request portable access no more than twice in a 12-month period, as permitted by applicable law. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

13.   Keeping Your Personal Information Secure. We have appropriate security measures in place to prevent Personal Information from being accidentally lost or used or accessed in an unauthorized way. We limit access to your Personal Information to those who have a genuine business need to access it. Those processing your information will do so only in an authorized manner and are subject to a duty of confidentiality. We also have procedures in place to deal with any suspected data security breach. We will notify you and any applicable regulator of a suspected data security breach where we are legally required to do so.

No method of transmitting, storing, or processing information is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If account features are available, you are responsible for protecting your account credentials and should not share your password with others. Please contact us promptly if you believe your account or Personal Information may have been compromised.

14.   U.S. State Privacy Rights. Depending on where you live, and to the extent applicable law covers F.I. For Kids Co. and the relevant information, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of your Personal Information; to opt out of certain processing for targeted advertising, sale, sharing, or profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects; to limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive Personal Information; and to appeal a decision concerning a privacy request.

To exercise an applicable privacy right, follow the procedures in the section “Accessing, Correcting, Deleting, and Exercising Your Privacy Rights.” We will respond within the period required by applicable law and will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

15.   California Privacy Notice. This section supplements this Privacy Policy for California residents and applies only to the extent California Consumer Privacy Act (the “CCPA”) covers F.I. For Kids Co. and the relevant information.

●       Pre-launch information collected and disclosed for business purposes: As a newly formed business, the collection, disclosure, sale, or sharing of Personal Information during the preceding 12 months was limited to information collected through the pre-launch Website, launch-list, contact, or similar forms, and online activity information generated through use of the Website. Beginning at launch, F.I. For Kids Co. may collect, use, and disclose categories of Personal Information described in this Policy in connection with the Services. Those categories and the corresponding sources, purposes, retention criteria, and categories of recipients are described in this Policy. We will update this Policy to reflect our actual practices as required by applicable law.

●       Sale or sharing of Personal Information: We do not sell Personal Information in exchange for money. We do not sell or share child-registration information for cross-context behavioral advertising. During the 12 months before the Effective Date, F.I. For Kids Co. did not sell or share Personal Information as those terms are defined by the CCPA. Depending on which advertising and analytics tools are active on the Website at a given time, our sharing of identifiers, commercial information, and internet activity with those partners for cross-context behavioral advertising may itself constitute a "sale" or "sharing" as the CCPA defines those terms, notwithstanding the absence of a cash payment. We do not knowingly sell or share child-registration information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

●       Sensitive Personal Information: Where we process sensitive Personal Information, we do so only for the purposes a reasonable consumer would expect in connection with the Services requested, and not for purposes that would trigger the CCPA's separate right to limit. If that ever changes, we will give the required notice and offer the required choice before it does.

●       California minors: F.I. For Kids Co.’s Website is intended for adults. If a California resident under 18 years old has posted content to the Website, the parent or legal guardian may request removal by contacting us and identifying the content in accordance with the process outlined in the “Accessing, Correcting, Deleting, and Exercising Your Privacy Rights” section. Removal does not ensure complete deletion if the content was copied by others, it was deidentified, or the law permits retention.

●       Shine the light: Under Civil Code section 1798.83, a California resident may ask once a year whether we have disclosed Personal Information to third parties for those parties' own direct-marketing purposes; write "California Shine the Light Request" in the subject line of a request sent under Section 12.

●       Financial incentives: We do not currently offer a loyalty, rewards, or financial-incentive program that is subject to CCPA. If we introduce such a program, we will provide the required notice before enrollment.

16.   Nevada-Specific Disclosures. Nevada residents may direct us not to sell certain "covered information" under NRS Chapter 603A. We do not currently sell covered information as defined by that law. To submit a request, contact us at [info@fiforkids.com]; we will respond within the time Nevada law requires.

17.   Links to Other Sites. Please be aware that F.I. For Kids Co.’s Website will typically contain links to other sites that are not governed by this Privacy Policy but other privacy policies that will often differ. We encourage users to review the privacy policy of each Website visited before disclosing any Personal Information.

18.   Children. Our Website is not intended for use by children under the age of 18 (or other age as required by local law), and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information directly from children. Children may view age-appropriate educational content under adult supervision, but should not create accounts (if available), make purchases, register for Experiences, subscribe to marketing communications, or submit Personal Information directly through the Website. If we learn that we have collected Personal Information directly from a child without appropriate authorization or another lawful basis, we will take reasonable steps to delete such information from our files as soon as it is practicable. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted information directly may contact us at [info@fiforkids.com] so we can endeavor to delete that information from our databases and other data infrastructure.

19.   International Visitors. F.I. For Kids is based in the United States, and the Website is currently intended for a U.S. audience. We may process and store Personal Information in the U.S. and other countries where we operate. Those countries may have privacy laws that differ from the laws where you live.

20.   Changes to This Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy was published on 10/13/2026 and last updated on the date set forth above. We may change this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will inform you via our Website or other means of contact such as email. By accessing or using the Services after we make any such changes to this Privacy Policy, you are deemed to have accepted such changes. Please refer to this Privacy Policy on a regular basis.
